REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from éclat. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for any reason.

How to Return

  • Contact us at info@shopeclat.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@shopeclat.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Processing Time Please note that as we work with international suppliers, processing and shipping may take 2-5 business days, with delivery taking 7-21 business days for UK orders.
