Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 7-21 business days from dispatch
  • Europe: 10-25 business days from dispatch
  • Rest of World: 15-30 business days from dispatch

Please note we work with international suppliers, so delivery times may vary. During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing and delivery may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free delivery on all UK orders over £80.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Lost or Damaged Parcels
